What do you think of the NFC North? Is it the toughest division in football?

I agree, except the Bears' defense does not quite have the potential to be the best in the league, and the Bears (and the Packers sometimes, too) can't play smash mouth running football. They were like 29th in rushing last year, and I don't see everything automatically changing because they got Chester Taylor.
