You are the boss. You are fixing the mess so why are you letting them get away with short rent?? You are doing them a favor. Don't give them s*** . Period. There are people in worse conditions. Man. The ones that got to boil water and mix it in a bucket with cold water to have a warm bath and for heatthey just her a little portable heater. If they want a heater tell them to sit in their car with the heater on. Hah. Man. They are taking advantage of you big time.
