Need a PC program that is freeware that does a diagnostic ysis of your PC and checks for problems?

I recently purchased a Lenovo ideapad laptop that came with PC Doctor 5 for Windows(a diagnostic pc anaylisis program)It was preinstalled, I want a similiar program for my other desktop computer, I went to Lenovo Support and downloaded the program to install on my desktop, but was unable to continue because I don't have a licence to run the program on any other pc other than my laptop.I'm aware of the legalities but is there a program that I can run on my other computer that can diagnose problems like USB troubleshooting & Hardware problems.
