My hamster has a small hole in her ear??

My hamster, skittles, has a small hole in her ear that I am guessing she got when her and my cousins's hamster got into a little rumble.( we are not putting themtogether again!)I just noticed this, and it happened about a week ago. It didn't bleed or anything, but should I put anything on it? Thanks.
