Does anyone else think the media maybe stretching the poll numbers?

In a recent poll I saw on CNN it had Obama winning 277 electoral votes and McCain winning 174, this is a giant lead. It also shows Obama with large leads in states such as Pennsylvania. However with such a large lead as these polls are projecting (10%+), why was Obama, McCain, and Palin all in PA yesterday campaigning. If its such a safe lead why are they all still fighting for it? It seems almost like the media is portraying these leads to be greater so perhaps some people will be discouraged to vote. What do you think? Educated, bi-partisan responses are welcomed.
